All of the online courses in the website are provided by TEFL Fullcircle Ltd and are subject to the following conditions:
1. Course Requirements:
By starting the TEFL Fullcircle Online course you (the student) confirm that you meet the following minimum requirements of the course.
1. All of the courses provided by TEFL Fullcircle Ltd are taught in English.
1.1 All customers of the following courses,
120-Hour Advanced Online TEFL Course,
160-Hour Advanced Online TEFL Course,
must be at least 15 years old at the time of booking.
1.2 All customers must have a competent native level of English and possess a reasonable competence in English language reading, writing and speaking skills.
1.3 All candidates must have the ability to take advice from tutors and from peers and have the capability to make improvements to their result if required.
1.4 All non-native English Language speaking candidates must have a minimum qualification of a Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) or equivalent.
By making a booking with TEFL Fullcircle it is assumed that the candidate satisfies the above conditions and is deemed to have a competent level of English. The candidate, by making a booking, takes full responsibility in determining whether the course is suitable for their level of English. TEFL Fullcircle takes no responsibility if the candidate is unable to complete and pass the course.
1.5 If TEFL Fullcircle feels at any point during the course that the candidates level is below a sufficient level, as per the conditions, TEFL Fullcircle will forward their concerns to the Director of Studies. If the tutor and the Director of studies believes the candidate to be below a sufficient level TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to fail the candidate.
1.6 Before purchasing any of the TEFL Fullcircle online courses you should contact a member of staff and check whether you are suitable for the courses. Please contact a member of staff to check your level of English language and suitability for the course.
1.7 TEFL Fullcircle does not accept any liability for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by or on behalf of a candidate in connection with a candidate’s insufficient language ability.
1.8 It should be noted that by purchasing an Online TEFL Fullcircle course does not mean that a candidate will be guaranteed a pass. TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to fail a students if they do not meet the minimum requirements of the course.
1.9 The Student will make a full declaration of any information deemed to be relevant by TEFL Fullcircle Ltd.
1.10 The Student agrees to follow any of the policies and regulations set down by TEFL Fullcircle Ltd.
2. How to make a booking:
2.1 Booking can be made online on our website www.teflfullcircle.com . The person making the booking must be at least 15 years old and by paying for the course accepts the terms and conditions. TEFL Fullcircle states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details. TEFL Fullcircle Ltd will only deal with you in the event of cancellations or disputes.
2.2 You must make full payment at the time of booking. TEFL Fullcircle Ltd does not accept deposit or partial payments or installment payments. All payments not made with a debit card will be subject to a fee. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and TEFL Fullcircle Ltd and all terms and conditions apply. Once you have received this invoice please go ahead and check it and inform us of any changes to personal details and contact information.
2.3 Once TEFL Fullcircle Ltd has received you payment for the course TEFL Fullcircle will email you a login username and password with 24 hours to allow you to access the course.
3. Price of Courses:
3.1 All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.
3.2 Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at support@teflfullcircle.com
3.3 TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to change any of its prices at any time.
4. Procedure for changing or cancelling a booking:
4.1 Cooling off Period:
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000 you the consumer have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and TEFL Fullcircle Ltd during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the cooling off period you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period then you must inform us within the 14 days of the confirmation invoice. Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email we will refund your course fees within 30 days.
Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non refundable.
If you login to the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a full refund, even if it within the 14 day period. Please note that our Fullcircle Coach Ai is non refundable once added to the platform.
However, if you need to change the start date of a course for any other reason, our Director of Studies will consider this, and you will be able to change the start date for a fee of £30 if agreed by our Director of Studies.
4.2 You must inform us of your intent to cancel by writing to contact@teflfullcircle.com in the form of an email.
4.3 Once we have received your written cancellation letter we will refund you within 30 days of receiving your letter and deduct any credit card surcharge, if applicable.
4.4 Once you have cancelled you booking your login details will be cancelled immediately.
5. Time Period for the completion of courses
5.1 Online TEFL Course
TEFL Fullcircle Online 160-hour Course 180 days
TEFL Fullcircle Online 120-hour Course 180 days
All students have 180 days for the Online TEFL courses. This begins when a student enters their username and password.
5.2 Extension:
Online TEFL Course:
If you fail to complete the course in 6 months then you may extend the course by paying a change fee as follows. You may do this as many times as you feel necessary *. For courses that have exceeded 12 months, a learner’s platform will be archived. To retrieve a Certificate there will be a charge applied using the extension price points. The minimum charge will be £9.99.
1 week – £9.99 – $14.99
1 month – £19.99 – $29.99
3 month – £24.99 – $37.50
Lifetime Extension – £39.99 – $59.99
TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to remove any user’s dashboard if the account has not been logged into for at least 12 months.

6. How to pass the course?
6.1 Please note that passing the course only applies to the Online TEFL Course.
6.2 By purchasing a course does not automatically guarantee that you will pass the course. If you fail to meet the requirements of passing a course then TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to fail you.
To pass the course you must satisfy the following requirements:
6.3 You will be given unlimited attempts with the automatically check tests during Modules 1-26. In order to pass these tests and move from one module to another you must achieve a pass rate of 80%. You can have as many attempts as you like to complete Modules 1-26 with your 180-day course period.
6.4 Once you have completed Module 1-26 you must then pass the Assessment section. The assessment section comprises of an examination, and 2 written pieces of work. You must achieve a pass mark of at least 75% in all 3 assessments and you will be given 3 attempts to take each part of the course.
6.5 In terms of the 2 written pieces of work you will be given 3 attempts to pass. Please allow 10 working days for marking to be completed. Each time you submit a piece of work it will count a 1 attempt. At each attempt written feedback and suggestions will be given by a tutor. You may then submit a further 2 attempts. If at the end of 3 attempts your work is still not deemed to be at a satisfactory level you will fail the course. You will be informed in writing of any failure to complete the course within 14 days of the fail.
6.6 Once you have been awarded a fail then you will not be entitled to a refund and will not be accepted onto any further TEFL courses without first having communicated with the Director of Studies.
6.7 Our tutors reserve the right to fail a student if a student is not meeting the standards of the course in terms of learning, English language ability or plagiarism.
7. Plagiarism:
7.1 If any student is found to have copied another student’s work then they will be issued with 1 formal warning. In subsequent cases the student will be deemed to have taken part in plagiarism and be failed. In the event of plagiarism no refund will be given to the student.
8. Certificates:
8.1 Every student who passes the 160-hour, 120-hour will receive a PDF copy of the TEFL Fullcircle Certificate by email within 10 working days of passing the TEFL Course.
8.2 If you would like to receive a hard copy of your certificate then there is a charge of £9.99 or $14.99 for 1 Certificate.
The charge of £9.99 or $14.99 is NOT inclusive of delivery costs to the USA, UK and Rest of World.

If you need your certificate sending to a country outside of the USA or UK then please get in touch for a quote.
We partner with FEDEX and also have a Track and Trace Service. You are able to make payment on the website for a delivery outside of the USA or UK.
If you would like a hard copy of the 120 Hour or 160 Hour  the charge is £19.99 . TEFL Fullcircle will do everything possible to make sure that you receive your certificate within 30 days of passing the course.
However, we do not take any responsibility for any postal service problems, which might delay your certificate and we do not take responsibility for a lost certificate due to in-country postal problems. We can provide proof that the Certificate was sent to your confirmed postal address. This covers all geographic locations.
8.3 TEFL Fullcircle will supply you with a new certificate in the event of loss or damage for a fee of £19.99 or $29.99.
9. System Maintenance and Upgrades
At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update will we endeavor to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.
Clause 9 is not limited to just System Maintainence and Upgrades. It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.
10. Limitation of Liability
TEFL Fullcircle does not accept any liability for any loss or additional expense caused by delay or disruption to travel services, weather conditions, civil disturbance, industrial action, strikes, wars, floods, sickness or force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are your responsibility. Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.
11. Complaints
If at any time you are unhappy with the TEFL Fullcircle service then please contact us immediately at support@teflfullcicrle.com and we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible but no more than 30 days following the receipt of your complaint.
13. Accuracy of Marketing Materials
TEFL Fullcircle makes every effort to ensure that the marketing material in our website is up to date and accurate. We take no responsibility for any information that is deemed incorrect and we will endeavor to do our best to inform you of any changes to the course. We reserve the right to change any of the information in our website at any time we feel appropriate.
14. The Law and its Jurisdiction:
These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of and in connection with them or their subject matter (including no contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with English Law and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of it.
15.Third Party Rights:
A person that has no connection to the course shall have no rights in the contract.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
TEFL Fullcircle reserves the right to change any of these conditions at any time deemed necessary to reflect current market and economic conditions.
17. Severance:
If any party finds any of the terms and conditions in this document to be deemed illegal, invalid or unenforceable then these parts will be deleted while the other parts of the terms and conditions will be deemed valid.
18. The Course:
The Course and the relevant login details are solely for your use. Another party cannot use these details.
19. Acceptance of these terms and conditions:
By reading these terms and conditions, verbally agreeing on the telephone or making payment on the website you are accepting all terms and conditions of TEFL Fullcircle Ltd.

Please be aware that we do our best to respond to contact emails as quickly as possible. This includes emails sent to us and any of the forms on our website. We have very high customer service expectations and will endeavour to reply to your contact email within 24 – 48 Hours after receipt of your email. We would also like to make you aware that sometimes spam filters do not allow our emails into your system. Please check your junk/spam folders and the settings on your Email Client. TEFL Fullcircle does not take responsibility for you not receiving emails due to filters/junk or spam folders on your Email Client.
We often experience very high call volumes and we would like to make it clear that if we cannot answer your telephone call we ask that you contact us by email and we will endeavour to get back to you by email within 24-48 Hours after receiving your email.
21. Controlling your Personal Information:
Please be aware that you as an individual can choose to allow your personal information to be used by businesses at any time. You can manage your preferences and computer systems to disable setting on your personal computer.
22. The TEFL Fullcircle Commitment:
22.1 TEFL Fullcircle has a commitment to help you get the most from your Online TEFL Course. Our tutors are here to help you by giving you constructive feedback and advice.
22.2 Any queries will be dealt with within 48 hours of receipt.
22.4 We will give you a grade for you course within 10 working days of the completion of the course.
22.5 TEFL Fullcircle operates an equal opportunities policy.
23. Once you accept the following Terms and Conditions you enter into a contract between TEFL Fullcircle Ltd and yourself.

1. Are you Eligible to enter into this contract?
1.1 You must be 18 years of age at the time of the commencement of your position.
1.2 You must be a native English speaker or hold a Cambridge Advanced Education (CAE) qualification or similar. You must have informed our in-country partners of your qualifications if you are not a native English speaker.
1.3 You must complete a 120 Hour TEFL Qualification before you start your contract. This does not have to be with TEFL Fullcircle Ltd.
1.4 You must complete a police check from your home country to be able to start your position overseas.
1.5 You must make sure that you obtain suitable travel insurance for the duration of your trip.
1.6 Our in-country partners will give you a complete checklist of documents you must obtain prior to arrival of the contract.
1.7 The in-country partner and TEFL Fullcircle reserve the right to cancel your appointment at any time if you fail to produce the correct documentation, with hold any information or falsify your documents from them, while taking part in the recruitment process.
1.8 If you decide to accept a position with TEFL Fullcircle and one of its in-country partners you must abide by their code of conduct. You will also be expected to abide by the schools code of conduct while working with them.
1.9 TEFL Fullcircle and its in country partners accept no liability for any problems, which might arise during your contract.
1.10 You must make every effort to complete your contract with the school and must be fit and healthy to accept the position. If you have any pre-existing conditions you must get written position from your doctor to allow you to work and travel.
1.11 You must make every effort to meet all your responsibilities as a teacher, while completing your contract and complete any duties, which the school requires of you in your line of employment, which will be agreed in the contract of employment.
1.12 If you fail to produce any documents or with hold any information then TEFL Fullcircle and its in-country partners reserve the right to terminate your contract.
2. The Responsibilities of TEFL Fullcircle and its in-country partners:
TEFL Fullcircle agrees to provide the following:
2.1 A 120 hour Online TEFL Certificate if the candidate requires it.
2.2 To liaise with our in country partners to assist in the processing of your CV and Photograph to an enable an application to be made.
2.3 General advice to assist you in the recruitment process.
2.4 To assist with the suitability of a potential candidate during the initial application procedure.
Our in country partners agree to the following:
2.5 Our in country partners will provide you with the outcome of your initial application and inform you whether the school has accepted or rejected your application. Successful applications involve having the correct documents and passing the interview stage of the process. Please bear in mind that there might be a number of candidates applying for the same roles. Our in country partners can never guarantee you an employment contract.
2.6 Our in country partners will guide you through the employment process explaining which documents will be required.
2.7 Our in country partners will liaise with your school to facilitate an airport pick-up and assistance with settling in to your new role. If accommodation is included then your school will help you with your arrival.
2.8 Our in country partners will assist you with any problems that might arise during your contract of employment with your school.
3. The responsibilities of you the applicant:
3.1 It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary documentation and health checks if required. You must also incur any of the costs involved in this process. This includes the cost of your visa. You must also provide the relevant documentation within the time frame specified by our in country partners.
3.2 You must complete all applications with TEFL Fullcircle, in country partners and schools truthfully and accurately. If you fail to complete the application process truthfully and falsify documents in any way, then our in country partners will terminate your application.
3.3 You must complete an TEFL Fullcircle 120-hour Online Course or the equivalent before the commencement of your contract.
3.4 Unless specified in the contract you are solely responsible for your flights to the destination country. You must also ensure that you have the correct visa and validity on your passport for the length of your contract.
3.5 You must also make sure that you have suitable travel insurance for the length of your stay. This cover must include repatriation and any medical costs you might incur. You must produce evidence of insurance upon arrival in your destination country.
3.6 If you are required to take any medical tests before arrival then you must pay for the medical examination.
4. Application Process and decisions made by our in country partners:
4.1 TEFL Fullcircle cannot accept responsibility for a decision made by our in country partners in regard to the application process. TEFL Fullcircle cannot influence a decision made by our in country partners.
4.2 TEFL Fullcircle cannot influence the decisions made by our in country partners within the scope of the law, within that country. Destination countries legal system might be different from your home country. Decisions may be based on many variables, which TEFL Fullcircle has no control over.
4.3 By accepting the contract with our in country partners and schools you accept their conditions and location of the employment. It is important that you read the contract that exists between you and the school before you accept.
5. The contract of employment is between you and the School you accept the position with.
5.1 The contract you sign will set out the following: salary, hours of work, code of conduct and rules, holiday entitlement, sickness leave, medical cover, length of contract, dress code and appearance. Once you agree to the contract you must accept the school’s code of conduct and rules. If your contract is terminated because of appearance or not following the rules, TEFL Fullcircle cannot accept any liability.
5.2 You must not damage any of the resources or property that belongs to the school you are working in. You must pay for any damage incurred during the dates set out in the employment contract. This includes any person that is in your accommodation and takes part in the damage of property that belongs to the school.
5.3 If you fail to carry out your duties the school will have the right to enforce any disciplinary procedures.
5.4 Once you have started your contract in your destination country you will be under the jurisdiction of that country and that means that the laws of that country will apply to you. If you break any of these laws then our in country partners or TEFL Fullcircle cannot be liable for any cost that is incurred if you are terminated from your contract.
5.5 The School or the in country partner has the right to terminate your contract if you fail to comply with their rules and duties, as per your contract.
6. You are solely responsible for the correct documentation:
6.1 The correct documents include the following:
Correct Visa and validity of your passport
Original Certificates, which include 120 hour TEFL Certificate, Degree Certificate, Transcripts (if required), Police Check from Home country, Medical Declaration and Health Check, and any other documents required by either our in country partners or schools, or destination government departments.
6.2 You must produce these documents before departure to assist in the visa application. If you fail to supply these documents then your may lose your employment contract. TEFL Fullcircle or its in country partners will not be liable for any costs incurred during this process in the event of a contract being terminated prior to departure.
7. Privacy Policy and Personal Data
7.1 Under the definition of the Data Protection Act TEFL Fullcircle is defined as a Data Controller. This means that we use and store the personal information you give to use, at time of booking, to process your order. If you cannot allow us to use your personal information then we will not be able to process your booking. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you allow TEFL Fullcircle to store, use and collect data in regard to you.

13.2 TEFL Fullcircle states that its local partners are not employees of TEFL Fullcircle Ltd. We do not accept liability for our partners in regard to any loss, damage or expense, or for what our partners do or do not do while you are participating on a project. Due to the fact that our partners are not employees of TEFL Fullcircle we do have any direct control over their actions.
13.3 TEFL Fullcircle is not liable for any economic or consequential loss that a participant suffers as a result of a project. You must have your own suitable insurance.
13.4 TEFL Fullcircle would like to make it clear and state that there is nothing within these terms and conditions which limits our liability to you in regard to death, personal injury or fraud as a result of an act or omission by TEFL Fullcircle Ltd or any of its employees for the duration of your project.
